Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We have a computerised repeat prescribing system: just tick the items you need and either post with a stamped addressed envelope or come to reception with your request. You may also fax it on (020) 7243 2058. Your prescription will be ready for collection two working days after it is received. Alternatively, you can ask for your prescription to be left at ABC Chemist, Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate, or at the Baywood Chemist in Westbourne Grove.

We do not accept telephone requests except for the housebound.

There is a repeat dispensing scheme available from the pharmacy of your choice; please speak to your GP for more information.
